We love that you will…

  • New Machine/Product/Project Implementation:
    • Define and manage project scope by setting master plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment and effective resource utilization.
    • Create roadmaps with timelines, budgets, tasks, dependencies, and communication protocols to guide project execution.
    • Monitor progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, and promptly address any roadblocks.
    • Communicate and engage with stakeholders to provide updates and address issues.
    • Report project implementation results and present them to management.
    • Estimate budgets and provide business cases for machine purchasing.
    • Lead new production readiness activities across the plant, including initiating projects, creating master plans, governing key stakeholders, executing tasks, making decisions, and following up.
    • Support special assignments as directed by superiors.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Co-scout with the local production excellence team on new materials (1st source) to improve cost and productivity.
    • Gather detailed insights, such as defect resolution, to provide support and leverage learning and solutions.
    • Support requests from the local production excellence team to ensure improvement activities are effective and meet objectives.
  • Lean and Six Sigma:
    • Apply lean and six sigma concepts to projects and support lean and six sigma activities.

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in new machine/product/project implementation.
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in lean and six sigma principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and provide business cases for new initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address roadblocks effectively.

 

Qualifications…

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technology Management, Industrial Management, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, governance, or manufacturing transformation preferred.

  • Strong understanding of technology trends in manufacturing (AI, IoT, automation).

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with experience in KPI design and tracking.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead without authority.

  • Familiar with governance frameworks and compliance practices.

  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
