Key accountabilities:
• Execute activities in accordance with the Happy 8 concept, preparing detailed plans for various annual employee events. This ensures a comprehensive activity calendar aligned with the organization's goal of fostering a positive and engaging work atmosphere.
• Support and coordinate with various departments within the organization to guarantee the success of activities in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies to organize diverse activities that align with the organization's objectives, contributing to the overall satisfaction of employees.
• Summarize and disburse expenses for each activity accurately, adhering to the company's regulations and financial guidelines.
