Senior Officer, Utilities Technician (BB)

Main Purpose & Strategy

• Best-in-class Manufacturing: Maintain high standards for administrative and technical operations to ensure consistency across production units.
• Customer Centricity: Provide seamless administrative and utility services to ensure smooth production in a secure environment.
• Financial Results: Ensure all services are delivered on-cost, on-time, and meet quality standards while optimizing machine efficiency to support revenue growth.
• Collaboration: Actively engage with stakeholders and share accountability with local site functions.

 Key Accountabilities

• System Reliability: Ensure uninterrupted operations of Utilities, HVAC, and Utility Engineering systems.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain optimal performance of machines and general facilities through regular inspections and adjustments.
• Maintenance Execution: * Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform repairs.
• Manage job requests from all PANDORA departments via official forms.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities adhere to ISO, 5S, SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), and Energy-saving standards.
• Team Support: Assist the Team Leader in task assignment and support special projects like energy reduction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Machine Availability: Control "A-rank" machine availability.
• Maintenance Ratio: Maintain a high ratio of Planned vs. Unplanned maintenance.
• Sustainability: Meet Energy and Water Performance Indicators.
• Satisfaction: Achieve high internal and external customer satisfaction scores.
• Compliance: 100% adherence to SLAs and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree: Diploma (Higher Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Field of Study: Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
• Experience Criteria:
• Diploma holders: Minimum 2 years of experience in utility system maintenance.
• Vocational Certificate holders: Minimum 3 years of experience in utility system maintenance.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in repairing and maintaining Chillers, Air Conditioning, Air Compressors, RO/DI systems, and Electrical Power Systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Ability to read/write electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Language: Competent in both Thai and English.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability to new technologies, and attention to detail in documentation.

Mandatory Qualification

• License: Must possess a Certificate of Electrical Competence from the Department of Skill Development.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel as required by the role.
