  • Focus on project task.
    Support task to develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and work plans, and set milestones. 
  • Team coordination: 
    Ensure smooth communication across different departments, clients, and contractors. 
  • Technical management: 
    Provide technical support, and solve complex technical problems.
  • Quality and safety: 
    Ensure the project adheres to all legal, safety, and quality standards. Conduct inspections and maintain a safe work environment. 
  • Budget and resource management: 
    Monitor and track project expenses, manage costs, and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
  • Progress monitoring: 
    Track project performance against goals, document progress, and prepare regular status reports for management and clients. 
  • Risk management: 
    Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.  
  • Client communication: 
    Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their requirements, ensure their satisfaction, and keep them informed of the project's status.

You will be warmly greeted with over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewellery brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a Production Excellence team and report to the Supervisor, Alternative Manufacturing Process Engineer (Lamphun), who also oversees overall production machines.
