Senior OT Security Architect
The Senior Manager Security Resilience will spearhead the design, governance, and evolution of cybersecurity resilience across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This role bridges technical implementation with executive cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with standards like ISO 27001 and IEC 62443. The Senior Manager will drive resilience and digital transformation initiatives, proposing and implementing robust security controls to safeguard Pandora's assets. The Senior manager has a wide mandate to define, approve, change appropriate level of controls needed in Pandora, which is currently a Director level mandate in GS.
Key accountabilities:
• Architect and sustain security posture that innovates to change tools, processes and training enable Pandora’s Smart Factory vision.
• Partner cross functionally both in the wider C&S and globally to align business, operations, engineering, EA and IT executives to execute on cybersecurity architecture with enterprise risk management and strategic objectives.
• Define and implement security controls balancing business, technology and security requirements.
• Champion and oversee security initiatives to elevate maturity levels in line with ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 standards.
• Persuade and motivate VP of ManuTech and (S)VP of Plant AAA, BB, Lamphun, and Vietnam to prioritize security deliverables in Smart Factory initiatives.
• Negotiate with OT vendors and partners to embed secure-by-design principles in OT systems to reduce risks and costs for Pandora
• Mentor and delegate to SMEs in Security, ManuTech, and C&S, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation scale the very scars skillset of OT security.
• Lead, advise, and drive cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, production, facilities, operations) in designing and implement Pandora’s security posture to protect Pandora’s critical production facilities
• Manage Senior stakeholders to integrate security gates and checkpoints into their processes, enhancing overall security posture and be compliant with Pandora Standards. Day today decision making with directors and Senior manager level.
• Oversee security assessments and testing for OT systems, ensuring robust and resilient security measures.
