Technical Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide technical direction and leadership for engineering and tooling teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

Technical Engineer Management

  • Identify, recruit, and manage technical engineers (expertise) across various technical domains.
  • Leverage expertise to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and solve complex challenges.
  • Facilitate collaboration between expertise and cross-functional teams to enhance technical solutions.
  • Ensure continuous knowledge sharing and skill development among expertise and technical teams.
  • Monitor expertist contributions and provide performance feedback to maximize impact.

Project Management & PMO Oversight

  • Manage and oversee Project Management Officers (PMOs) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Establish best practices in project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
  • Align project goals with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for project tracking and performance assessment.
  • Implement Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies for efficient project execution.

Tooling & Process Management

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of engineering tools and software.
  • Optimize tooling strategies to improve production efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, testing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Manage tool lifecycle, including procurement, upgrades, and decommissioning.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, technical professionals, SMEs, and PMOs.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, operations, R&D, and external partners to align strategies.
  • Act as the key liaison between technical, project, and business teams to drive synergy.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Drive innovation through research, development, and implementation of new tools and technologies.
  • Establish and refine best practices for technical development and operations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, engineering management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in managing technical teams, tooling, and project execution.
  • Experience in developing and implementing technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in managing complex projects with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Excellence English communication
