- Develop our supply network strategy by building scenario possible then setting ambition and action plan.
- Lead the cross-functional development of our long-term network strategy, working closely with other departments (quality, I&PD, manufacturing...) to ensure execution of strategy and assure the activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Identify our next significant wins for Supply chain & Sustainability defining our next strategic supply chain initiatives
- Deliver efficiently to future proof our supply network
- Assure efficient smooth communication on objectives and progress across organization.
We love that you are…
- Master’s degree in supply chain management or business strategy.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in related fields such as consulting, strategy, supply chain roles, or project management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
- Communication and collaboration: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Be curious and look inside and outside, get best practices, think out of the box.
- Strategic Thinking: Developing long-term strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Technical Proficiency: understanding of supply chain and manufacturing process, ideally in jewelry industry.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions and disruptions.
- Self-motivated and mature, entrepreneurial, self-started and team player attitude.
- Fluency in English and presentation making and ability to work in multicultural environment.
