Strategic results: Support to drive strategic & tactical decisions for C&SQ function and line up resources to deliver key C&SQ functional objectives in alignment with C&SQ and global strategic goals.

Customer centricity: Act as the strategic and analytical thought partner to C&SQ team, the business, building capabilities in order to deliver the best of Pandora to our customers.

Best-in-class manufacturing: Support to drive cross functional and transformational projects to ensure C&SQ remains a best-in-class manufacturer.

Financial results: Monitor performance and drive improvement of the financial returns of C&SQ strategic projects while not compromising on ability to deliver highest standards on time.

Collaboration: Openly engage all stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with all necessary functions.

People: Support to develop project management methodoogy and build project agility mindset within C&SQ team to drive sustainable change. Also improve and sustain eNPS to be within the top quatile. Develop strong internal leadership pipeline, with focus on developing local talent.

 

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • Own the overview of C&SQ strategy, strategic projects, E2E process, and support strategy development & decision making based on data-driven analysis.
  • Work hand-in-hand with functional leaders to develop and implement improvement ideas.
  • Assist C&SQ in cross functional and transformational projects.

KEY DUTIES:

Project Management

  • Support to deploy project management best practices.
  • Drive project management cadence.
  • Support to oversee the project review forum to track strategic outcomes/risks (including quality gates) and review process maps and gaps.
  • Monitor adoption of project outcomes after handover to business functions on every milestone.
  • Facilitate and manage communications, stakeholders, and change management working side-by-side with C&SQ functional leaders for C&SQ strategic projects.
  • Support to codify and implement project management best practices for C&SQ strategic projects, build up and maintain internal subject matter experts.
  • Support to ensure clarity and coordination in resource allocation, accountability allocation, and project timeline to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
  • Track process and work closely with project accounting to develop, update and track business case and costs for C&SQ strategic projects

People Strategy

  • Support C&SQ people strategy development and decision making based on data-driven analysis

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or advance in Business administration, Engineering or any other related field,
  • To demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in Project Manager position, having experience in project management and understand overall Manufacturing operational process,
  • Proven record working with cross-functional team, management to gain alignment and decision is required,
  • Have working experience in global organization is preferable,
  • Certified project management is preferrable but not mandatory,
  • Must be proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel and PowerPoint, and all program necessary for the creation of not only visually but verbally engaging materials, reports, presentations, and proposals for departmental heads and management, stakeholders as well as supporting personnel
  • Good English, communication skill and self-confident.
