Manages and leads technical projects, including complex and alternative manufacturing developments, by combining project management skills with technical expertise. Focuses on bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives, ensuring that technology-driven projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Duties:
Product Development:

Manage projects are relate with product & component specification, complex product, new capability & innovation with proper timeline, budget forecast, tools and resource as required for project success.

Define goals, create schedules, assign tasks, and manage resources to guide the project from start to finish.

Connect technical teams and non-technical stakeholders by translating needs and expectations clearly.

Understand the technology involved to make informed decisions and ensure the final product meets requirements.

Ensure the project delivers value to the business and meets its needs and targets.

Drive the development and implementation of alternative components to enhance key manufacturing success factors especially hour contribution rate from alternative parts.

Drive and support product engineering strategy and others relate strategy together with others engineering functional to be success implementation.
Cost Control:

Optimize design and technique of the products to achieve the target cost and find a solution in terms of product design to reduce costs when they exceed the target.

Lead in running projects are relate with product development standard & process and technical for cost reduction.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in product engineering project management.

Implement best practices, lessons learned, and feedback from stakeholders to enhance project delivery processes.
Team Management/Leadership:

Coach and Mentor project team for improve and assist them to solve the problem and skill up in project management and others skill related.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Jewelry or other related fields

Project management skill
-
At least 5 years experiences in related Manufacturing or Project Management experience.

At least 5 years experiences in Management level (Jewelry industry or related is preferred).

Product development experience.
-
Experience with alternate manufacturing methods such as plastic injection molding, metal stamping, CNC Machining, tool making and other method.

Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
