Senior Manager, Product Cost
Strategy :
- Set and Oversee Product Cost Governance and ensure its adherence
- Active member of the Standard Time Governance team
- Set objectives for the department and team members
Operate and Execute :
- Oversee final cost (standard cost) calculation for existing and new products
- Oversee Cost Estimation during Brand Process including analysis of cost movement between each phase
- Lead Budget process for annual standard cost update
- Ensure cost calculation accuracy in all systems
- Support Cross functional teams with costing scenario for business cases
- Support ad-hoc tasks such as new ERP implementation, studies in structural changes impacting costing calculation (e.g. new production processes, new sites, financial impact of sustainability requirements…)
Drive Continuous improvements
- Incorporate learnings from existing product costing to comparable products
- Improve way of working to increase accuracy of standard cost estimation / calculation
Professional Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in finance fields (Costing / Financial Controlling prefered)
Managerial experience
Experience in manufacturing environment
Working with BOM, routing and standard cost
ERP experience – AX2012 / SAP will be a plus
Exposure to Senior Management
