  • Establish effective communication channels to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on material ordering and inventory strategy.
  • Provide recommendations and support key decisions in mid to long term on both material strategy and material availability to both local & global stakeholders.
  • Establish procedures for inventory control, monitor inventory levels, and implement computerized systems to optimize the inventory process
  • Assure a supply of material with optimized inventory levels and minimum deviation between planned and actual results and aligning with finance and global supply chain.
  • Closely manage dependencies and create transparency to strategic priorities which have impact on material scope and initiatives in other functions locally and globally.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of processes, policies, and constraints across Supply Chain & Sustainability and Value Chain to facilitate effective operational decisions and trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements with related to material subjective.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities; prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports.

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or material management.
  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Excellent English command skills
  • Proven ability to establish effective communication channels with both local and global stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on material ordering and inventory strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide recommendations and support key decisions.
