KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Passionate about business process improvements and new planning system to drive high impact products within Master Planning team.
- Strong Business Process Management as part of the cross functional team to ensure all key milestone from Master Planning.
- Act as the connector between functional domains and ensure that teams are always working on the things that creates value for our consumers, employees, and the business goals are met.
KEY DUTIES:
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when there are assigned project in Master Planning to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Involve with Master Planning initiatives and support on the Integrated Planning project, APS implementation, as well as other core Master Planning activities.
- Responsible for ensuring project deadlines are met including staffing and responsibilities are met.
- Responsible for generating new ideas to achieve for the any new ERP planning application in Master Planning.
- Key contract on ERP business transformation in Master Planning Team.
- Key implement strategy that tests normal business case scenarios.
- Identify exceptions to the master plan and coordinating with the related functions and escalating the issues as necessary.
- Address gaps/improvement opportunities; performance reports, share and collaborate with SCM Excellence and IT
- Identify improvement initiatives to increase planning effectiveness, share and collaborate with SCM Excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree is a must Master Degree is preferred and study to Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or any related fields,
- At least 5-7 years experiences in management level in the supply chain field in any industry but preferrably related to manufacturing industry,
- Ability to align people, business processes and systems with business strategy,
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems,
- Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial),
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs,
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity,
- Is an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests,
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change,
- Has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of talented individuals,
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization,
- Good computer skill to Microsoft Office, ERP system (SAP prefer),
- Good English communication and self-confident.
