Key objectives:

Drive, manage and facilitate strategic focus area and business challenge for Plant operation as well as Crafting and Supply then structurally follow up on execution of initatives

Manage the project and the key stakeholder as well as facilitate meeting and discussions to make sure the projects progress as plan to achieve the desired outcomes. Be able to identify risk and issues to formulate mitigation action and solution.

Create governance, framework and roadmaps for all plant strategic initiative and support plant leadership teams in creating strategic roadmaps as well as seeking alignment within the organization and with the management team

Support the management decision making process by gathering and analysis information then formulate solutions, proposing recommendation to the management and communicate the direction to related stakeholders

Strive to deliver the best of PANDORA and inspire plant leadership teams to continuously challenge status quo, to be proactive and to be change agents with owner mentality
Key duties:
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive plant strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Plant Value Optimization:
-
Identify areas for E2E process within manufacturing operations through data analysis, benchmarking, and performance metrics to support strategic initiative.

Collaborate with related stake holder to new disruptive approach in order to enhance operation efficiency and result in overall plant optimization including in people, cost, quality, service, resilience, agility and sustainability
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with I&PD,C&SQ, Supply chain, and Plant operation teams to align manufacturing processes with product design and demand forecasts.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure smooth operations and strategic execution.
Risk Management:

Ensure Strategy is covering risk management and supporting a continuous monitoring of location risks.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the performance of manufacturing operations.

Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommend improvements .
Continuous Learning:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to manufacturing excellence.

Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Budget Management:

Manage the budget for strategic operation related, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Bachelor's degree up (master's degree preferred) in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, finance or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing cultural, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong working experience of manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies with proven record in working with cross functional team, management or executive management to gain alignment and decision required.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in manufacturing environments.

Experience working in an international firm with diverse cultural and large-scale manufacturing
