     Pandora’s BB factory produces the majority of Pandora’s plated jewellery. Throughout 2021 the capacity and output of the plant has increased by more than 50% and this exciting expansion journey will continue in the years to come.
     In this exciting role, being responsible for Facility Management, Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) and general services of our plant, you are expected to share your motivation and enthusiasm to create a positive team climate and a high-performance culture.


Main purpose of the role;

  • Strategic results: Execute machine & utility maintenance, SHE activities, general services, and security services at local plants, align with PANDORA Production Thailand (PPT) strategic goals

Responsibilities;

[Key objectives]

  • Provide plants with sufficient machine, HVAC, and utility engineering capabilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations
  • Ensure effective and optimal operations of machines, utilities, and other general facilities within the production plants
  • Ensure compliance in relation to SHE and local laws
  • Ensure smooth operations of janitorial, security, and general services

[Key duties]

  • Set strategic direction
    • Ensure operations of local contractor services meet standards and SLAs set by center
    • Set local directions to meet strategic direction set by centralized Facilities Management-FM (SHE, General Services, Security) and provide feedback
    • Play an active part in designing strategic direction of yearly SHE activities/roadmap and setting the Safety KPIs
  • Define standards and manuals
    • Ensure local operations are in accordance to standard operating procedures for General Service-GS, PM, Security and SHE standards
    • Consolidate feedback for improving SLAs and standards
  • Operate and execute
    • Ensure MOC (Management of Change) is executed and upheld
    • Assess and mitigate risked involved in Production, Production Excellence (PEx), FM activities & construction projects
    • Ensure that daily activities of all services (incl. contractors) follow standard procedures and are compliant with SLAs (incl. contractors)
    • Ensure daily checks (incl. contractors) are performed and provide feedback to centralized FM (incl. GS / contractors)
    • Oversee stress-tests and random tests (incl. contractors) (i.e. random alcohol tests, random evacuation tests and random "situation" tests [chemical spill, gas leak…])
    • Liaise with Plant Head to ensure goal alignment and effective collaboration between Production and FM
    • Ensure maintenance (CM/PM) of wastewater, utilities, machines & equipment, and plating line (only for BB) in collaboration with production
    • Review and approve maintenance plan to ensure alignment with production schedule
    • Ensure center is being contacted when machine / utility suppliers are required
    • Ensure local working areas and facilities are compliant to SHE policies; execute SHE roadmap/strategy
    • Oversee center-led SHE and chemical safety trainings and distribute related contents to employees
    • Ensure smooth operation and adherence to schedule of transportation services (buses, trams, milk run, parking) is aligned with production schedule
    • Oversee inventory for tools, spare parts, equipment, and supplies (incl. canteen & janitorial) until a centralized process is setup
    • Ensure coordination with center on procurement and inventory management of spare parts
  • Drive continuous improvements
    • Conduct employee satisfaction assessment to understand needs and recommend tangible improvements; provide input to centralized FM
    • Collect suggestions for improvements from all relevant teams and feedback to center


Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Facilities Management, Engineering or Property Management,
  • Experience to Supervising contractors and Maintaining property and technical infrastructure,
  • Experience and good knowledge to planning and designing work-spaces and layout,
  • Good managing and forecasting infrastructure demand, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing equipment lifespan,
  • Experience to Improving facility management processes and procedures
  • Good managing risk and minimizing health hazards,
  • Skill and knowledge to inspecting and testing safety equipment,
  • Able to conducting inspections of the physical business environment,
  • Good command in English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skill MS Office or another ERP
  • God knowledge to quality standard ie OSHE, ISO
  • Able to work under 'Flexible Schedule' condition that would include weekends and night shift as of the critical situation of production conditions or as required by circumstance.
