  • Own the overview of C&S Digital strategy and support strategy development & decision making based on data-driven analysis.
  • Work hand-in-hand with functional leaders to develop and implement improvement ideas.
  • Establish relationship with external digital suppliers and universities.


  • Collaborate with C&S functions to identify Digital Transformation (DT) bottlenecks and / or improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions for such.
  • Based on the Digital Transformation (DT) strategy, design digital solutions that align with strategic objectives, support business goals and delivery of efficiency gains to reduce costs to operational areas while improving the experience for our customers.
  • Create consolidated Digital roadmap for all C&S funtional areas.
  • Simplify and reimagine processes to create transformational experiences through technology and digital assets.
  • Handover to business functions on every milestone.
  • Track process and work closely with Delivery function to develop, update and track business case and costs for C&S strategic digital projects.
  • Support C&S people strategy development and decision making based on data-driven analysis



  • To demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of working experience with Digital transformations,
  • Proven record working with cross-functional team, management to gain alignment and decision is required,
  • Have working experience in global organization is an advantage,
  • Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change,
  • Drive the solution to most complex business problems,
  • Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial),
  • Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs,
  • Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity,
  • Is smart about other people; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders,
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization.
