- Guide improvements in cost, quality, service, resilience, agility, and sustainability across our manufacturing operations.

Be the Bridge Builder Between Teams:
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless alignment between manufacturing processes, product design, and demand forecasts.
- Build a diverse and collaborative leadership team, fostering a strong and positive work environment.
Become the Data-Driven Decision Maker:
- Gather and analyze information for strategic decision-making, utilizing data-driven insights to recommend solutions and communicate directions to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards our strategic goals.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies.

We love that you are…
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering consultant business and/or manufacturing cultural, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong strategic planning experience with manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies with proven record in working with cross functional team, management, or executive management to gain alignment and decision required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in an international firm with diverse cultural and large-scale manufacturing.
