Your Role as Program manager, Manufacturing Technology:
In this Digital & Technology role, you will play a key role leading and coordinating all Digital & Technology aspects of the Manufacturing Expansion program. As work will span across our Thailand and Vietnam sites travelling is expected.

 

What is needed to succeed as Program manager: 
•    Oversee and lead the E2E delivery of larger programs and initiatives leveraging the suitable delivery methodology (Agile or Waterfall)
•    Develop and define comprehensive plans, including milestones, critical path and resource allocation to ensure programs are delivered in quality, on time and budget in Manu Tech
•    Own program budgets and financials and work closely with Finance and the Manu Tech leadership on strict financial control
•    Leads project teams and coordinate their activities to ensure project objectives are meet 
•    Actively identifies, assesses and manages risks and dependencies for the success of the program 
•    Collaborates with external partners to deliver program objectives  
•    Build effective partnerships not only within your Manu tech, but also with business functions, specifically Crafting & Supply, Merchandising and Supply Chain, and towards internal end users to understand how to best deliver products E2E

 

Qualifications
•    8+ years of Delivery / Project management experience within manufacturing in large scale strategic programs or projects
•    Expert level project management and leadership skills for managing projects and cross-functional teams
•    Experience in successfully managing and guiding complex projects from blueprinting, solutioning, capacity planning, budgeting and rollout
•    Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile)
•    Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe) is an advantage
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills to provide project leadership and direction to all stakeholders and project resources
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify, assess and resolve issues, risks and dependencies.
