Product Manager (PLM System)

- Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PLM platform in alignment with organizational & business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team (Innovation & Product Development, Engineering, Technology, Design Development, Assortment Planning and so on) to capture and prioritize business requirements.
- Lead PLM system implementation, upgrades, integrations, and configuration product team.
- Own the PLM product backlog and ensure effective delivery through Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with Engineering Manager/Lead grooming the self-organizing product team.
- Manage relationships with PLM software vendors and service partners.
- Train, support and guide users in best practices and optimal use of the PLM system.
- Monitor user adoption and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with Engineering Managers and Solution Architects to create a holistic technical solution design, explore the possible technical solution and architectural runway also encompassing technical enablers, non-functional requirements, and improvements to ways of working.
- Facilitate key events and orchestrate the delivery wit delivery manager, scrum master, and product team including facilitation of sprint planning, sprint review, product demos, and sprint retrospective, etc.
- Work with vendors to embrace Pandora’s delivery model and become integrated part of long-standing product teams.
- Own accountability for long-term product success from a technology point of view, including accountable for building technical excellence (built-in quality).
- Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings across product domain such as Scrum of Scrum and, Product Owner sync and Leadership meetings, as well as manage dependencies with broader organization.
- Work with senior leadership and the business owner group within your focus area to form and convert strategic vision into roadmaps including to set clear objectives and key results for new initiatives and create complex Lean Business Canvas that include market analysis, costs, business/user benefits, OPEX & CAPEX calculations, sensitivity analysis.
- Participate in portfolio alignment activities to ensure dependencies are managed and funding/approval processes are followed.
- Ensure data governance and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards & guidelines e.g., vendor, architecture, and cybersecurity, manage technology interdependencies on functionality or timeline.
- Manage and support other related applications within the Product Development business area.

- Bachelor’s degree in technical field (i.e. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Product Manager role in Agile environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with PLM systems (e.g. PTC FlexPLM, Centric, Aras, Siemens Teamcenter, etc.)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise software solutions or product ownership in a technical domain.
- Strong stakeholder management to ensure a holistic perspective is gathered and backing for product backlog and priorities is ensured.
- Advanced client-facing skills, including the ability to analyse complex problems, influence and negotiate with customers.
- Familiarity with integration to CAD, ERP, and MES systems.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
