Are you passionate about data & analytics product management withing manufacturing? If so, you could be our new Manufacturing Data & Analytics Product Manager within in Pandora’s Data & Analytics Center of Excellences. In this role, you will be working together with stakeholders in agile operating model, identifying, maturing, onboarding, and delivering high priority use cases together with your colleagues in the Data & Analytics team and the rest of the Manufacturing Digital and Technology team.
Job Description
As a Product Manager in Manufacturing Data & Analytics you will identify analytical use case opportunities by having a close collaboration with you stakeholder, translating business problems to data and analytical deliveries that can be developed by the product team you are a part of. Together with the Manufacturing Data & Analytics Director, you will play a vital role in discussion the direction of the analytic products and onboarding key business stakeholders, senior management, and internal counterparts.
You will act as the voice of our internal customers and translate their needs into product vision, objectives, roadmap, key results and corresponding data and analytics products for our backlog. Continuously prioritizing the backlog of deliverables is required to optimize and realize beneficial improvements for the business. Deliveries in the team could be, but not exclusive to, enhancing our manufacturing data foundation for use across the value chain, building insights through Power BI reports, maturing use cases for artificial intelligence or partnering with your stakeholders to ensure product adoption and the drive for an even more data driven mindset in Pandora.
Pandora is embarking on an ambitious multiyear journey where we will modernizing our digital backbone. This includes a new SAP S/4HANA ERP system where you will play a key role in ensuring Data & Analytics success in this journey. Likewise, Pandora is deployed artificial intelligence throughout our value chain. You will play a key role in identifying the most value adding use cases.
What Is Needed to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience within business intelligence / analytics and product management
- Ability to create the vision for data analytical products by having a great analytical mindset and good stakeholder management skills
- Genuinely understanding business processes and have an ability to identify opportunities for business improvements using Data & Analytics
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Experience acting as a trusted partner and advisor for stakeholder at various levels within the business
- Ability balance short term “nice to have” with long term objectives and business benefits
- Experience of planning and executing in an agile framework
- Experience with Data & Analytics with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Knowledge on Artificial intelligence use cases is a plus
- Knowledge about Microsoft data platform azure stack and Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge about data modeling is a plus
- Language skills in Thai and English
