Imagine being responsible for supporting the program's governance, ensuring effective project management practices, and facilitating communication among stakeholders for the world’s largest jewellery brand. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Preferably from SAP DMC and SAP S/4HANA programs.

  • Governance and Oversight: Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
  • Project Planning: Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against milestones, preparing regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, facilitating mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Support resource allocation and capacity planning, ensuring the right skills are in place for project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project artifacts.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably in SAP DMC and SAP S/4HANA programs implementations.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (SAP Activate methodology, Agile, SAFE)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • PMP or similar certification is desirable.
