Responsible:

  • Perform first screen of candidate profiles, identify shortlisted candidates and conduct interview activities.
  • Plan and priorities for all vacancies, place adverts in media, job board, etc.
  • Prepare offering package in accordance with company structure, negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates to ensure candidate onboarding successfully.
  • Ensure hiring activities, employment contract and other HR document needs are completed within the target plan before on boarding date of successful candidates.
  • Support onboarding new employees activity.
  • Perform related duties as required/assigned.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 year experienced
  • Good in Microsoft office
  • Details oriented and accurary in report and data.
  • Good communiation and well organize.
  • Good team work
