Responsibilities;

Demand Management and Analysis

  • Update E2 forecast.

  • Monitor agile NPI demand.

  • Monitor Campaign hand-over status.

Load and Capacity Management 

  • Reconcile skill matrix against with HRMS.

  • Balancing demand for those machine ie. Laser and Argon, Plastic Inhouse Injection, Stamping and Engraving.

  • Update capacity T&O report – GSC.

  • Update capacity T&O report – Scheduling.

Prepare production order

  • Checking master data and planning parameter readiness before new sale order place ie. BOM, Route, Coverage Group, Site Specific Order Setting.

  • Firming process must be finished within timeline.

  • Production order must be firmed accordingly to the guideline.

Inventory review

  • Review safety stock of Spare Part and Casted Part.

  • Update inventory aging report.

  • Monitoring stock level.

Change management committee / Project Imprementation

  • Participate in the metting to get information,

    • Change Manangement Committee,

    • Plastic Inhouse Injection and Stamping.

  • Summarise those change/update and share to team.

ERP system

  • Update planning parameter for new item, coverage Group, Site Specific Order Setting

 

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor or higher in Business Administration, Economics or related,

  • At least 1-2 years experiences in Planning in manufacturing environment,

  • Good in communication, Teamwork, Negotiation, Leadership, Organization, Confident and Ability to work under pressure,

  • Good knowledge of computer MS Excel, MS Access, AX or analyst data,

  • Good in English both verbal and written.
