Officer, Scheduling (AAA)
1. Role and Responsibility

Execute production orders to ensure on-time delivery and inventory optimization

Align with cross-functional teams on campaign status, production orders, and order fulfillment

Monitor stock levels and take corrective actions to prevent excess or shortage

Prepare input parameters and perform capacity analysis
-
Update planning parameters and setup for new items in ERP
-
Analyze capacity risks and propose solutions to prevent constraints
-
Track performance and implement improvement actions
-
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
2. Qualifications

Experience in production planning or scheduling
-
Familiarity with campaign management and capacity analysis
-
Knowledge of ERP systems and planning parameters
3. Education & Background
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
4. Other Required Skills
-
Good command of English (especially in business communication)

Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
