Officer, Receptionist/Guest Relations

Key Objectives;

  • Responsible for guest relations services at BKK plant
  • Craftsmanship showcase aboard
  • In-charge of receptionist

Key Duties;

  • Coordinate on guest relations services including plant tour arrangement for internal PANDORA visitors, senior managament, and external guestes at Gemopolis plant (BKK Facilities)
  • Facilitate & be a translator between craftspeople and guests during the craftsmanship showcase aboard when needed
  • Being BKK’s central receptionist
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
  • In-charge for PA announcer in case of crisis emergency response
  • Arrange and support company corporate events, Management Townhall, and Departmental Townhall at BKK site and be MC when needed
  • Act as a budget controller for Communication Department
  • Responsible for fixed asset management in Communication Department
  • Be admin for Communication Department on PR/PO/CER issurance

 

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Mass Communications/PR or related fields 
  • Experienced from Guest relations/Receptionist 
  • Ability to use PA system
  • Strong stakeholder management with service-minded and exceptional communication skills
  • Experience from Event Management shall advantage
  • Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
  • Effectively plan and efficiently deliver good work while handling both volume and complexity
  • Good computer skill Microsoft Office / AX 
  • Fluent in both English & Thai communication and self-confident.
