Officer, Project Assistant and Production Administrator
Main purpose of the role:
Organize, coordinate and support on administration task to comply and align with company rule & regulation, compliance and strategic initiative
Key accountabilities:
• Organize and support internal activities in production
• Coordinate with cross functional department
• Coordinate and support on documentation process for management team
• Support on strategic communication an execution
• Support management team to ensure all acitivities are comply with the company rule & regulation
• Provide data / Summarize data / Data analysis to support decision making for management / supervisor team
Pivotal and professional qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good command at communicate / written in English
• Able to use Microsoft Office, ERP System
• Good in communication and coordination skill
• Self-motivated, fast learner, enthusiastic and have can do attitude
• Able to work independent and also good to work as team Able to work under high pressure within limited time line.
