Officer, Product Quality Cycle

Imagine being responsible for being the quality gate controller and coordinator for new product designs and development (NPD process) in both deliverables and timeline for the world’s largest jewelry brand. We love that you will

• Ensure closed-loop communication between MQ and SQ for any quality-related information.
• Support in coordinating, controlling, and ensuring all advanced quality activities, such as product inspection, quality inspection, specification, procedures, tolerance chart, and quality improvement of new designs and new raw materials have been completed and successfully handed over to stakeholders.
• Prepare updates on quality activities, deliverables, and progress, as well as escalating red flags or issues to superiors and stakeholders.
• Seek lessons learned from the database related to new designs and share them with stakeholders.
• Keep informed about cycle status, key information, design intent, and design feedback to internal CQ and related teams to ensure Pandora’s standardization.
• Support tag sample preparation, follow-up, and shipment arrangements.
• Support in gathering necessary information to provide quality POV and technical input, recommendations (Go/No-Go) in red flag #0, 1, 2.
• Support the superior as needed.
