Officer, Product Engineer

Responsibilities;

• Coordinate with concern team for testing new product to achieve on target
• Support monitor, tracking, investigate & improve new product testing
• Coordinate with concern team to finding & optimize parameters & routing, tooling and technic for new product.
• Finding solution for day to day issue and inform to concern member.
• Report & summary data all information to handover package and align to concern team
• Cooperates and works collaboratively among peers and teams

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical , Polymer science,  or Industry chemical related field,
• New graduate or minimum 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, process engineer position
• Technical competency in data analytical, problem solving skills, process management, change management and advanced statistical techniques is a plus,
• Strong to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure,
• Experience in continuous improvement (Lean or Six sigma Certification is preferred),
• Good skill to Microsoft Office
• Good Command of both written and spoken English.
