Operational

  • Review and monitor of supplier onboarding request and related process, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies.
  • Support implementation of mitigation actions on potential procurement risks during the process of supplier onboarding and related.
  • Conduct basic analysis of procurement data to identify opportunities for enhancing the procurement process.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier documentation, and other related paperwork.
  • Maintain and keep the required documents with properly and consistency.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned in the future.

Compliance & Governance

  • Monitor procurement policies and processes are followed to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Support audits activities and follow up on any corrective actions needed.

Stakeholder management

  • Assist with cross-functional to ensure that following to procurement processes needed.

Supply Resilience

  • Monitor, Report and Maintain procurement governance to support KFVN in ensuring high compliance and project timeline.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in procurement governance or significant experience in a relevant function.
  • Experience in the jewellery business is preferable.
  • Basic understanding of procurement governance principles, best practices, and frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of relevant procurement laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Adaptability and willingness to change.
  • Collaborative team player within and across teams.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English and self-confident.
