Officer, Physical Lab

· Key objectives:

o Be the quality gate-keeper for new product designs and innovations; set quality standards and ensure best practices are incorporated

o Ensure closed-loop communication of quality issues from mass production, to pre-production, and to Group QA/ Design team in CPH

o Ensure RMA issues are rectified and close-out in a timely fashion o Ensure Laboratory management to verify products and material compliance and conformance

o Ensure the quality system ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO/IEC 17025 to be implemented & complied accordingly

· Key duties:

o Perform the daily assigned test duties and prepare the draft report (if necessary)

o Responsible for inter-divisional handling of test samples o Assist in machine cleaning, equipment calibration/maintenance duties, etc. assigned by supervisor

o Assist in sample handling including storage and disposal, and related documentation

o Assist to maintain the environmental conditions and keep the testing area clean and tidy
