Key accountabilities:

• Constantly search and keep an eye on the next big thing in jewelry and other industries on both capability and product
• Build and leverage external collaborations and partnerships to identify innovative solutions for innovation and product development
• Coordinate innovation project deliverable

Key duties:

• Proactively search and identify next generation of innovation and techniques across multiple avenues e.g., start-ups, university research and cross industry etc.
• Support the emerging technology or Cross-industry innovation project
• Delivery the technology trend report for the team
• Scouting emerging technology from multiple cross industry within / outside country for PANDORA
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to collect data, process, and knowledge and organize according to knowledge management framework
• Maintain the knowledge management system and ensure stakeholder has access to the Knowledge database
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and deployment
• Supporting the specific requested giving by manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management, Innovation management, or any related fields (International program is preferred)
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• or +1 Experienced in Project management, Knowledge management is a plus
• Demonstate strong competence in project management
• Good communication and be able to communicate and manage upward and downward
• Resourceful, flexible and a critical thinker with strong problem solving skill
• Having a strong teamwork and be able to partner up or cascade the work to the right functional in order to make work done
• Good computer skills to MS Office, most preferred excellence skill in MS Excel and Power BI
• Good profiency in English.
