Identify and evaluate areas for improvement within General Services Operations (Transportation, Canteen, Office Supplies, and other related services)

Plan, design, and implement process improvement projects using methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma

Conduct benchmarking and research on best practices and innovative technologies

Set Goals & KPIs to align with department objectives
-
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
-
Collect and analyze performance data to assess project success and identify improvement opportunities

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation
-
Monitor vendor performance and support procurement improvements when needed

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and safety regulations

Prepare progress reports and present findings to senior management

Support audits (internal and external) with required data and documentation
-
Review and summarize monthly reports/presentations

Support company activities and other assignments from management

Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive work effectiveness
We love that you are…

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
-
1–3 years of experience in HR, People Technology, General Services, or Administration in a manufacturing environment
-
Strong ability to manage and improve operational efficiency and service levels
-
Background in project management
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
-
Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration abilities
-
Good time and resource management skills
-
High attention to detail and adaptability to change
-
Strategic thinker with initiative
-
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
