As a Corporate Branding Officer, you will bring our employer brand to life across Thailand and Vietnam. Showcasing Pandora’s culture, craftsmanship, and sustainability values to both employees and future talent. From content creation to campaign execution, you’ll work with global and regional teams to ensure every message reflects our Brand Visual Identity (BVI) and positions Pandora Crafting & Supply as an employer of choice. The ideal candidates must adhere to the working conditions, which include wearing a uniform provided by the company. Personal IT devices, accessories, and nail polish are not permitted. However, a company phone and laptop will be provided depending on the requirements of the position.

  • Support the rollout of employer branding campaigns for Thailand and Vietnam in line with global and regional strategies.

  • Create and adapt content for LinkedIn, internal platforms (Engage), career sites, and recruitment events to showcase Pandora’s culture.

  • Deliver initiatives that strengthen Pandora’s visibility and corporate reputation in the industry.

  • Coordinate photo shoots, video production, and creative content for branding and communications purposes.

  • Ensure all branding and communication materials follow Pandora’s Brand Visual Identity (BVI).

  • Analyze campaign performance, engagement data, and brand perception to optimize strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with HR, global communications, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Experienced in employer branding, corporate communications, or marketing (3+ years in a fast-paced or multinational environment).

  • A strong storyteller who can create compelling content across multiple channels.

  • Knowledgeable in brand visual identity and able to ensure consistent execution.

  • Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into stronger campaigns.

  • Confident, extroverted, and trend-savvy, bringing fresh ideas to employer branding.

  • Proactive and energetic, thriving in dynamic, collaborative environments.

  • Fluent in both English & Thai, with strong MS Office and social media skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in Employer Branding, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Communications are a plus.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute employer branding strategies that attract, engage, and retain talent.

  • Experience in content creation, storytelling, and multi-channel communication (social media, internal platforms, external campaigns).

  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools and employee engagement surveys.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to interact effectively at all levels.

  • Ability to manage budget and maximize resources for optimal outcomes.
