We love that you will…
- Support sample requirements from I&PD, PD and Category Management teams in the designated category area.
- Prepare the prototype of the samples, support package for sample development and related information provided to supplier for sample production.
- Follow up with suppliers in order to make sure the samples have delivered on time.
- Collaborate effectively with I&PD, Quality, Supplier and relevant parties to ensure high adherences to standard of testing requirement and material/product compliance.
- Prepare the rejected samples by Quality to suppliers for rework and co-ordinate with regards to sample tracking and payment.
- Gathering BOM, product information from contract manufacturing, and maintain database.
- Support on OEM/ODM/Outsource estimated cost requested by I&PD.
- Update cost details into PLM.
- Support payment process (PR & PO).
- Maintain constructive and cooperative working relationship with OEM and ODM suppliers, colleagues, and management.
- Coordinate with cross function teams on the need related to sample management.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistic, or relevant fields.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in sample management.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel (basic VBA, SUM, COUNT, etc.) and Microsoft AX or SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- English proficiency: Good written and spoken command.
