Officer, Continuous Improvement (AAA)

- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct special tasks as assigned, such as preparing PR, PO, CER, HRMS and creating a journal and measuring samples for analysis.
- Support in creating and revising WI.
- Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Prepare test jobs, testing conditions and official correspondence.
- Follow up the status of test jobs with owner to ensure the amount of pieces are not lost and lead time is not too long.
- Create test jobs to support the PEX team.
- Execute testing DOE, collect data per assigned.
- Follow up on the results of the experiment assigned.
- Initials verify any abnormality, problem and report to owner.
- Summarize the results of the preliminary inspection.
- Generate routine reports per assigned.
- Report task status and task priority list to team.
- Monitor and Report lead time of test jobs.
- Regularly reviewing, scrap product pieces which finish testing and inventory control for testing job.
- Generate and review inventory reports regularly to identify trends, slow-moving items and potential issues.
