KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic initiatives & projects
- Support and execute strategic projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Explore benchmarking studies and market research that guide product and communication improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks, including reimbursements and expense documentation.
Consumer quality communication
- Understand, analyze, and digest consumer feedback and technical findings into sharp, clear, actionable reports.
- Develop engaging communication materials (e.g., short videos, presentations, training content) to share insights across teams.
- Facilitate meetings and forums with global stakeholders, ensuring key takeaways and action plans are captured and aligned.
Visitor engagement & coordination
- Support preparation of materials, facilities, and arrangements to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably in a multinational or complex organization like Pandora.
- Project management or planning experience is a strong plus.
- Strong skills in English and Thai communication, presentation, and storytelling.
- Able to manage stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven.
