As a Communication Officer, you will bring ideas to life through engaging content, campaigns, and interactive platforms that enhance employee engagement and strengthen Pandora’s operational excellence. We love that you will…

  • Support internal communication initiatives by creating and managing content for projects, campaigns, and our internal social platform (Engage) to boost engagement across all Crafting & Supply locations in Thailand.

  • Drive creative engagement with fresh, innovative ideas that connect with both white- and maroon-collar employees.

  • Develop compelling, easy-to-understand content in collaboration with the Creative team, ensuring communication is dynamic, interactive, and impactful.

  • Manage internal platforms such as Radio Pandora, digital signage, newsletters, and employee groups, keeping updates timely and relevant.

  • Use engagement data and employee feedback to refine communication strategies and maximize impact.

  • Oversee housekeeping tasks such as posting updates, maintaining digital platforms, and managing communication traffic among the content team.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design creative campaigns, gamification activities, and employee engagement events tailored to a diverse workforce.

  • Ensure all communications reflect Pandora’s Brand Visual Identity (BVI) and tone of voice.

The magic happens at our crafting facilities, where we combine centuries-old crafting traditions and high-quality materials with modern production techniques. You will be warmly greeted with over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewellery brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a team of 28 people and report to Manager, CAD who also oversee 27.
