1. Sourcing & Supplier Management

Execute purchasing activities for indirect materials and assigned categories

Track daily purchasing performance and monitor order status
-
Handle order fulfillment processes including related documentation (PO and delivery timelines)
-
Secure all official POs with approvals from Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or VP prior to supplier release
-
Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists
-
Monitor supplier performance covering:

On-time delivery

Quality standards
-
Compliance with specifications

Corrective actions when required

Provide initiatives to improve purchasing strategies and maintain consistently high standards of service

Manage supplier concerns and issues; escalate matters when necessary

Analyse and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness

Ensure accountability and transparency on micro and small sourcing activities

Select suppliers in line with sourcing procedures and governance requirements
2. Compliance & Governance
-
Negotiate contract terms with suppliers in collaboration with Legal
-
Ensure proper contract coverage is applied and fully complied
-
Maintain agreements and governance standards according to corporate policies
3. Cost Management
-
Maintain cost competitiveness within assigned categories
-
Manage sourcing request forms for micro and small sourcing
-
Balance cost efficiency with quality and stakeholder expectations
4. Ethical & Sustainable Procurement
-
Collaborate with the Responsible Sourcing Program (RSP) team
-
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support responsible sourcing initiatives
-
Execute actions with suppliers to ensure high ethical and sustainability standards
5. Stakeholder Management
-
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
-
Understand business requirements and align procurement strategies
-
Support seamless procurement processes that meet organisational goals
6. Supply Resilience
-
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new ERP/SAP developments
-
Support KFVN project phases to ensure system readiness
-
Help verify that SAP solutions meet operational needs and requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
-
Minimum 0–2 years of experience within Procurement or relevant functions
-
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in sourcing
-
Familiarity with purchasing processes, supply chain, and MRP/ERP systems
