KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Consumer quality report 

  • Collect, clean, and organize consumer quality data from various sources.
  • Analyze, and generate comprehensive consumer quality reports and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders across organization.
  • Supporting development of new concept and features in consumer quality reports to deliver insightful and impactful insights for the organization
  • Work closely with manufacturing technology teams to create systems for capturing and generating comprehensive reports from emerging consumer feedback sources.
  • Generate, update and highlight the status of projects related to consumer quality report.

Benchmark study

  • Interact and collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and plans for benchmark studies.
  • Scouting markets/competitors in order to develop the proposal for benchmark samples including budget estimation.
  • Closely collaborate with cross functional team to establish testing plans encompassing physical, chemical, and compliance assessments, along with defining quantity requirements.
  • Working with stakeholders to keep update benchmark activities until the production of an insightful report.
  • Assist superior for facilitation and communication of the benchmark status and report to stakeholders and management.
  • Keep update the benchmark costs to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.

Data analysis for product quality communication

  • Analyze consumer/product quality data based on inquiries’ objective, and able to generate insightful and meaningful report.
  • Identify opportunities for product quality enhancement based on data analysis.
  • Crafting the communication related to data analysis report.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Science, Engineer or other relevant field or above.
  • At least 2 years of experience proven in data analysis, and effective communication. 
  • Project Management Degree or Certification is advantage.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Ability to identify, analytical, options evaluation and driving the solutions
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
