Officer, Advance Quality Voice of Customer

Key objectives:
- Be the quality gate-keeper for new product designs and innovations; set quality standards and ensure best practices are incorporated
- Ensure closed-loop communication of quality issues from mass production, to pre-production, and to Group QA/ Design team in CPH
- Ensure RMA issues are rectified and close-out in a timely fashion
- Ensure all action/lesson learn become a standard and provide to development team
- Ensure management of any Customer complaint, coordinating Dc’s feedback
Key duties:
- Translate company goals into tangible actions/ metrics for Advanced Quality
- Drive the RMA/ RCI processes and ensure corrective actions are addressed in timely manner
- Ensure closed-loop product improvement process during design & development stage based on RMA and market quality trends
- Create standardization and lesson learn to ensure development team have awareness
- Be single contact point for Customer complaint coordinating Dc’s feedback
- To support any further assignment from supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bechelor’s degree in Engineering or Science fields
- 1-2 years of experience in customer quality, quality assurance or quality engineer
- Experience in manufacturing environment, Jewelry and multinational company is preferred
- Experience to lead project/activity with cross-functional team
- Ability to relate cooperatively with internal and external department
- Basis statistic, Data analysis, Problem solving knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and tighten timeline
- Computer skill to MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Fluently in English
- Strong leadership.
