Manager, Sustainability Low Carbon
Key Objective:
• Implement robust sustaianbility and low carbon initiatives, especially Scope 3 emissions ,and develop critical working partnerships across the business and with external stakeholders to mitigate risk and accelerate positive impact for all related parties
• Develop employees engagement & communications, including trainings.

• Evaluating Current Practices: Assess the company's current carbon footprint and identify areas for improvement as expert for pandora
• Implementing initiatives: Create and implement carbon reduction strategies and initiatives to lower emissions
• Project Management: Oversee and manage carbon reduction projects from start to finish
• Calculation GHG emission and methodology: assess the company’s greenhouse gases emission using standardized methods
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of carbon reduction initiatives and report on their effectiveness
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure adherence to carbon reduction goals and policies
• Compliance: Stay updated on environmental policies and regulations
• Research and Recommendations: Research new technologies or practices that could further reduce the company's carbon footprint and recommend their adoption
• Training and Engagement: Train staff on environmental practices and the importance of carbon reduction e.g. how to create engagement internally, drive internal communications, and build knowledge and sutsainability culture
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders, such as suppliers or partners, to promote carbon reduction in the wider business community
We love that you are...
• Experience 5-10 years of relevant experience to sustainability data, reporting process and governance and any related to managing corporate manufacturing and supply chain sustainability, either in consulting or in-house roles, as well as communications and employee engagement experience.
• Demonstrated success driving strategy, implementation, and concrete results
• Solid grasp of responsible sourcing, climate, and circularity topics
• Demonstrated experience working with international teams
• Ability to develop strong and collaborative working relationships
• Professional proficiency in English, both in understanding speaking and writing
• Preferred experience working in the fast-moving consumer products industry
• Preferred experience engaging with stakeholders such as suppliers, NGOs, and other
organizations relevant to complex supply chains, ideally in the consumer products/jewellery industry (e.g., RJC, LBMA, IRMA, RMI, OECD, ETI, etc.)
