Supply Network Strategy: Elevate our ability to leverage our extended supply network in driving growth to Pandora and supporting Pandora's strategy 2025 and beyond, by building analysis to support strategy creation.

Participate in the development of our supply network strategy by building scenarios and making recommendations supported by strong data analysis of current & future capability, business case and feasibility study.

Conduct research to discover relevant information / factors to support development of supply network strategy

Working cross-functional with other departments (quality, I&PD, manufacturing...) to ensure a holistic view of proposed scenario and options to identify key priorities for business as a whole.

Lead execution of strategy and ensure the activities are aligned with business objectives by coordinating work in separate functions. Ease a smooth execution with quick adjustment as needed

Perform project management, report on progress and escalate issues to assure effective communication on goals and status. Support strategy review on a yearly basis and proactively propose adjustment as needed.

Support in managing external vendors / service providers for market research or industry experts connection by acting as a focal point among internal parties within SC&S departments for managing research requests

Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in related fields such as: management consulting, strategy, supply chain roles or project management.
