As a manager in Supply Chain Excellence, you will be a part of Pandora’s Supply Chain & Sustainability function. You will play a significant role in managing strategic projects that improve our business to achieve Pandora’s corporate, local and functional strategic ambitions & KPIs. You will need a problem-solving mindset and thrive in breaking down complexity into steps that drive projects forward. You can collaborate cross-functionally with local and global stakeholders and secure strong stakeholder buy-in.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience with project management within consulting, supply chain, finance, manufacturing or similar
  • Proven record working with senior management to gain alignment and drive decision-making
  • Experience in supply chain planning and/or supply chain strategy
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentations skills in English (Thai is a benefit) 
  • Flexible mindset and appreciation of a dynamic environment and changing priorities, and proactively communicating to key stakeholders to meet changes


Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working in an international firm with cultural diversity
  • A flair for technical areas such as power-query, SQL, and programming


Responsibilities and personal competencies to succeed

  • Own and drive strategic cross-functional projects and smaller projects from initiation, problem definition and scoping to execution
  • Act as a thought partner to management, create stakeholder buy-in, analyse data and performance, identify issues and propose solutions
  • Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders spanning junior level to executive management locally and globally
  • Take lead on conducting analyses and distilling complex situations into simple overviews and recommendations for decision-making
  • Create presentation material and communicate findings tailored according to the audience
  • Develop sufficient expertise about process, policies and constraints across the supply chain to balance operational trade-offs and complexities
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business and especially in Master Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics & Warehouse & Sustainability
  • Self-motivated and hungry to work hard and willing to change
  • Ability to think holistically without losing touch with details
  • Manage disagreements independently and proactively
