- Co-create, maintain and continue improve the innovation process with global team
- Setting up the KPIs for innovation, design the tracking and data governance around it as well as report out on the result
- Coordinate and capture requirements from business and propose roadmap implementation with IT team to drive the digital agenda
- Budget preparation and suggestion based on CAPEX/OPEX YTD
- Prepare application usage guidelines and communicate with users on the application implementation
- Provide the data insight to conduct internal and external process improvement for innovation
- Supporting the Innovation related projects linked to digital team
- Lead team to ensure reports sent timely
We love that you are…
- Bachelor or higher in related fields. (Data science, Data analysis, Process engineering, etc)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Data Analyst, Business analyst
- Minimum 2 years of experience building and optimizing process and data sets
- Have technical skills regarding data modelling, relational databases.
- Have experience with visualization tools.
- Good analytical skills, provide valuable insight using statistical methods.
- A creative problem-solving approach and having a positive mindset.
- Good Collaboration skills and strategic thinking
- Extensive skill in Power BI
- Fluently in English communication

You will be part of a team of 27 people and report to Director, Innovation who also oversee 26.
