Manager, Planning Transformation
As a Manager of Transformation Excellence at PANDORA, you will play a crucial role in managing projects to support the execution of PANDORA’s Crafting and Supply Strategy within the Master Planning, Supply Chain & Sustainability team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing specific strategic projects and initiatives within the Supply Chain & Sustainability function, ensuring they align with PANDORA’s strategic objectives.
• Cultivating a culture of trust, collaboration, and transparency among your project stakeholders, facilitating effective teamwork and communication.
• Managing dependencies and providing clear visibility into strategic priorities and initiatives across functions, both locally and globally.
• Providing inputs to portfolio prioritization discussions and tracking progress within the Supply Chain & Sustainability teams.
• Organize and support successful execution of quarterly Supply Chain & Sustainability townhalls and other management support activities in coordination with the leadership team
KEY OBJECTIVES:
• Successfully plan, manage and execute functional, and cross-functional projects, process optimization initiatives, and management support activities.
• Facilitate recommendations and support in decision-making to drive projects forward across areas such as Planning, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehousing.
• Encourage the adoption of best practices and drive continuous improvement within the Supply Chain & Sustainability functions to meet strategic objectives.
KEY DUTIES:
Execute Set Strategic Direction:
• Provide inputs to develop and monitor the strategic initiative portfolio for Supply Chain & Sustainability
• Seek inputs from relevant stakeholders to manage dependencies to other initiatives.
• Identify and share knowledge on opportunities to improve procedures, guidelines, and best practices across Supply Chain & Sustainability, ensuring timely updates and relevance.
Operate and Execute:
• Be the project manager on strategic and cross-functional projects within Supply Chain & Sustainability, focusing on data-driven process optimization and cost management to achieve desired results.
• Translate strategic directions into actionable plans and milestones for your projects ensuring smooth deliver according to budget, timeline & scope.
• Apply a data-driven approach by effectively collecting, manipulating, analyzing and drawing conclusions from large, sometimes unstructured data
• Staying updated on new trends and practices within the industry.
Drive Continuous Improvements:
• Secure resources to needed to progress initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
• Gain a deep understanding of processes, policies, and constraints across Supply Chain & Sustainability to make effective operational decisions.
• Monitor own performance, identifying areas for improvement
Professional qualifications and personal competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, project management, supply chain, strategy, and/or finance
• Strong knowledge of end to end Supply Chain processes or specialized in a specific field such as Procurement, Planning, Warehousing, Logistics
• Managerial experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentations skills
• Demonstrate ability to facilitate discussions and meetings to make hard decisions and making the right trade-offs
• Ability to think holistically without losing eye on the details, and ability to prioritize, plan, execute, and follow through
• Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard and willing to change
• Has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and direct diverse team of project stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with all levels of management within the organization
