KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performance Management
    • Manage KPI linked performance incentives by ensuring timely KPI definition, target setting, and performance reviews.
    • Ensure the right organization structure and performance accessor in performance management system before performance evaluation starts.
    • Identify employees who are entitled for performance appraisal and ensure accuracy of fact-based performance data (productivity, On the job training and attendance) and entry date to HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
    • Consolidate final PPM score (Performance Management) and performance rating of all divisions (both Bangkok Plant and Lamphun Plant) and be able to advise distribution guideline based on z-score.
    • Support Reward Manager/Reward Partner Specialist in preparing of performance management related documents.
    • Communicate to all employees regarding the performance measurement criteria, evaluation processes including timeline of evaluation cycle.
    • Involve with related divisions in facilitating performance test such as On the job training, Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility test, etc., if needed.
    • Ensure that all final performance data of all employees are stored safely at the right place.
  • Rewards management
    • Provide inputs on job performance to ensure appropriate level of compensation.
    • Develop and implement Performance & Rewards (P&R) policies and procedures.
    • Initiate new P&R program and work closely with HR Senior Management and Global HR to ensure all policies, procedure compliance.
    • Keep update of the changes of related law and ensure enforcement in the organization.
    • Prepare people cost forecast (salary, bonus, OT, provident fund, other benefits and actuarial valuation) based on Full Time Employee (FTE) planning.
    • Coordinate with all divisions to administrate annual increase within the given time frame.
    • Monitor and control annual increase spending against budget for the entire company to ensure people cost effectiveness.
    • Provide proposal, recommendation and guideline to Line Managers for merit increase, promotion increase and special adjustment request.
    • Manage and develop end-to-end of compensation & Benefits structure like merit increase scheme, bonus to ensure compliance and transparency of rewarding & benefits program, promotion and transfer.


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HROD, Political Science, Business Administration or related field,
  • Minimum 10 years direct experience in Human Resources Management, focused on Employee Compensation and Benefit, Manufacturing background is preferable,
  • At least 5 years experiences in Data Management, Performance Management, Data Analysis, or related fields,
  • Attention to details,
  • Solid experiences in Compensation&Benefit i.e. JD, Job Architecture (JA), Job Evaluation (JE), salary structure, Merit increase and annual bonus and taxation,
  • Experience in performance management system,
  • Familiar with HRMS system e.g. SuccessFactor, PeoplePlus, etc.,
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills,
  • Self-motivated, achievement oriented and decision making.
