KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Manage all aspects of payroll, including time & attendance policies, operations, reporting, payroll process simplification and project management
KEY DUTIES:
- Manage payroll operations including month-end and advance payments
- Supporting in implementing payroll guidelines to accommodate and standardize payroll excellence
- Oversee guidelines/policies related to Payroll and ensure they are practical, competitive and up-to-date.
- Recommend solutions to improve payroll operations, while increase efficiency of operation team.
- Govern company’s organisation changes and ensure all essential job functions are assigned to cope with business needs including hiring plan, reporting line and job value.
- Provide general supports to HRBPs, PE&T Director and HR commmunities
- ICF: Payroll file review, Restrict access payroll data
- New payroll system implementation
- Responsible for payroll in Thailand and Vietnam
- Payroll business continuity plan: IT blackout management
- Prepare payroll-related reports for management as required.
- Ad hoc—supply payroll related data upon request.
- Payroll data analytics or payroll dashboard
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HROD, Political Science, Business Administration or related fields.
- Direct experience in Payroll management, preferably minimum 10 years as a manager
- Experience with changing Payroll system and payroll regional experience an advantage
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems
- Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
- Demonstrate ability to make decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Is an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
