Manager, PD Process & System Management
Job Responsibilities

Product development process expertise, managing and improvement.

Managing PD digital platform and system related within product development process.

PD representative for Pandora digital projects and improvement.
-
Maintaining and supporting for the development digital tracking system in daily basis.
-
Assist the relevant teams to work on PD system and PLM correctly.

Managing and Supporting business change required on PD systems and PLM.
-
Collaborate with the others functions on digital implementation and execution.
-
Assist the integration process with PD systems and PLM.
-
Update User role and number of users in PD system and PLM.
-
Be a PD representative person on process development and system development.
-
Leaders for PD digital platform and system execution and maintaining.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, business administration or equivalent work experience
-
5 years in experience in PLM, ERP and Development tracking system
-
Expertise in production or distribution modules: production control, inventory management
-
Dynamics AX -experience is a plus.
-
FLEX PLM experience is a HUGE plus.
-
Jewellery industry experience is a HUGE plus.
-
Process engineering and business/operation process is needed.
Preferred Personal Competencies
-
Process engineering design & improvement and architecture experiences.
-
Good communication skills and fluent in both English and Thai

Ability to interpret, advise and develop complex idea into technical and functional execution
