Job Description

Strategic : 
•    Execute the strategic with decisions for Manufacturing Quality and support resources to deliver key functional objectives in alignment with Crafting and Supply strategic goals. 

Quality Control
•    Oversee and manage all aspects of the product quality control within the organization.
•    Manage the inspection process to ensure the products are delivered on time with compliance to specifications and monitor quality of products.
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality product and inspection processes to ensure compliance with specifications. 
•    Involve end-to-end product quality and support continuous improvement from mass production to new products development phase, ensure feedback and lesson learned are incorporated into new product and process design.
•    Initiate innovation to improve the inspection process, optimized resources, improve efficiencies and beneficial to productivity.
•    Account for quality decision of final product in mass production phase to balance manufacturing process capability and product requirement.

People development 
•    Develop team capability toward delivery C&S quality initiative and to become high performing team.
•    Communicate effectively with team of the organization, promoting a quality-focused mindset.

Customer Satisfaction: 
•    Response quality prevention improvement regarding exceed consumer expectation

Reporting and Analysis:
•    Response quality report or quality performance to escalate and address quality improvement in manufacturing.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree as minimum/ Master degree prefer in Engineering and Science field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading on quality process for manufacturing or Quality management on relate field. 

•    Strong understanding of Quality manufacturing standards on Jewellry or other relevant business and principle in quality control.
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, interact effectively with the organization
•    Experience on problem solving and logical thinking.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
•    Self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard and willing to change with can do attitude.
•    Excellent leadership and team management skills 
•    Effectively plan and deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
