Key duties:
Ensure smooth operations of machines, equipment, utilities, facilities, and plating line (only for BB) through maintenance (CM/PM) in collaboration with production.
Execute in accordance to standard operating procedures for work orders; update procedures for future reference.
Set priorities and ensure adherence for machines & utilities maintenance work order scheduling.
Align maintenance plan with production schedule.
Monitor and maintain inventory for tools, spare parts, equipment, and supplies; coordinate with center Maintenance Development and procurement.
Contact center maintenance development when machine / utility suppliers are required.
Assess and mitigate risked involved in Production, PEx, FM activities & construction projects.
