KEY OBJECTIVES

• Collaborate effectively and maintain relationships with suppliers to mature and support their carbon reduction ambitions in support of Pandora’s Climate Supplier Engagement Program.
• Building supplier capabilities through trainings to ensure they understand and can adhere to Pandora’s climate requirements.
• Ensure appropriate compliance and due diligence is met with all Energy and Climate data reporting, collecting, and validation.

KEY DUTIES:

• Provide key support on developing the Climate Supplier Engagement Program to include science-based climate change goals for the supply chain.
• Manage the process of externally collecting climate data from suppliers and provide feedback to support their emission reduction performance.
• Develop trainings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide supplier guidance to promote the continuous improvement of suppliers in Sustainability/Environmental aspect.
• Engage our suppliers in carbon reduction programme / targets
• Educational background: Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of relevant experience in managing suppliers or purchasing management.
• Good overall understanding of wide range of procurement activities end to end.
• Effective at managing performance improvements of multiple suppliers.
• Basic knowledge on carbon emission would be a plus.
• Good Computer Skills to MS office, Business Intelligence (BI) Tool and Data Analytics Tool.
• Professional English and Thai proficiency
